Students at St. Ann School in Arlington are preparing sandwiches for the hungry and homeless this Lent.

From Feb. 23 through March 23, two grades will be assigned to make the sandwiches on Thursdays after school. One class will bring sandwich meat and the other bread. With help from the generosity of the school’s families, the students will prepare up to 100 sandwiches for delivery.
