During this year dedicated to the younger generations, Pope Francis asked that the meditations for his Good Friday service be written by young people.

Several parishes of the Diocese of Arlington will offer Living Stations of the Cross (or Via Crucis en Vivo) March 30. The living stations consist of a visual portrayal of Jesus on the way to his crucifixion. The procession and veneration are in Spanish, except where indicated below. All are invited. 

Celebrating Palm Sunday Mass with thousands of young people, Pope Francis urged them to continue singing and shouting "hosanna" in the world, proclaiming the lordship of Jesus and following his example of outreach to the poor and suffering.
